1. Graduate
2. Experience in Travel Industry delivery or Operations or creating TTH specific Solutions
3. Overall 7-8 years+ of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment in the travel domain
4. At least 3 years in Travel industry and solutions roles
5. Excellent Written, Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills
6. Good MS Word, Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint experience
.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
1. Relevant Experience in the Travel, Airport/Airlines domain and Platforms/tools
2. Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business
3. Support the solutions lead in developing best in class solutions and proposals in response to client requirements.
4. Provide industry best practices in order to implement CSAT, NPS improvement, FCR improvement and reduce AHTs 5. Understanding of Key SLAs/Industry Benchmarks and Best in class SLAs in Travel Domain
6. Strong consulting and technology acumen with regards to latest trends in the Travel Industry
7. Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
8. Ability to produce high caliber reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators with focus on Travel/Airline/Hospitality industry
9. Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle
10. Should have market intelligence and knowhow of the offerings for U.S. Europe, U.K. in the Travel & Hospitality sector
11. Must know challenges faced in TTH industry and ways to mitigate or accept certain type of risks in terms of offshoring business.
12. Expectation is to be a Subject Matter expert and propose best in class solutions pertaining to problems faced by clients
13. Tools & Platform knowledge will be a Plus for Travel industry or working knowledge of the products used
14. Must be open to consulting assignments and willingness to travel to client sites
15. Work with client and the transformation team on design elements of the solution
16. Drive Improvement projects/activities across the Solutions Team
